Interiors & Menopause

I am an Interior Blogger/Stylist and a Menopause Champion Coach. You may be wondering why I think these two topics go together so well.

I came to see that Interiors and Menopause were a great duo when I hit the age of 45.

This is when I started to have Perimenopausal symptoms.

All I wanted to do was to find a place where I felt comfortable. This is so important for your mental health.

Not only does this work with Home Interiors but it also works for Business Interiors too. Your home or business should always be somewhere you feel proud of. Then your confidence shines through as well as your style .

Training as a Menopause Champion has allowed me to follow what I am passionate about.

My quest in life is to help others that are going through Peri/Menopause and that need support and knowledge whilst navigating this stage of life as well as helping them create a happy home or business.
